I'm General Counsel to Ethena Foundation. Before that I ran legal and operations at RFLXT, a Web3 company backed by Input Output Global, the company behind Cardano. Earlier, I built a technology practice at a national law firm. Most of the job is making sure the structure, the governance and the paper still hold when someone pushes on them.
